The kitchen itself boasts a large cooking station including ovens, deep fryers, griddles, and hot plates. Supporting facilities include a small walk-in chiller, display chillers, pie warmers, coffee machines and more.<\/p>\n<p>Silver Fern Farms provided us with their detailed plans and we took the reins from there.
