How We Work
DEPOSITS
For larger projects, a deposit may be requested before work begins. This allows us to order specialist materials, secure project scheduling and ensure your installation proceeds without unnecessary delays. Any deposit requirements will always be discussed with you before work commences.
LEAVING THE WORK SITE
Our electricians take pride in leaving every property clean, safe and ready for use. Once work is complete, all packaging, surplus materials and installation debris are removed wherever practical. We also complete final safety checks to ensure your electrical system is operating correctly before the job is signed off. Respecting your home or workplace is simply part of the service we provide.
PAYMENT
Once work has been completed, an invoice will be issued outlining the services provided and any materials supplied. Payment options include bank transfer, EFTPOS and major credit cards. Our invoices are prepared clearly and accurately, and if you have any questions regarding charges or payment options, our friendly team is always happy to assist.
PROGRESS PAYMENTS
For larger projects completed over multiple stages, progress invoices may be issued as agreed throughout the project. These payments reflect work completed and materials supplied at each milestone, helping maintain project momentum while ensuring transparency for both parties. We believe open communication and clear expectations create successful long-term relationships with our clients.
