About PERL Electrical RANGIORA

Joe has grown up in the Canterbury area from a young age and Jess is a born and bred Cantabrian. The Rangiora area has been their home since marriage in 2016.

Joe has been an electrician for the good part of 10 years and spent many years before that in various jobs and roles in audio engineering, sales and tool making. His time as an electrician has been spent largely in the commercial and residential sector, ranging from retirement villages, schools and supermarkets, all the way to new bathrooms, lights not working and that sleep out for someone’s teenage kid.

Jess, with a bachelors in commerce, has had a career around her passion in style, homewares and sales. Since having kids Jess’ full time job is holding down the fort at home with their three kids, two dogs and the cat. She’s a super mum who ministers to Young Adults in the community and helps keep Joe’s eyes on the prize.

Their journey into business ownership was brought on with community focus in mind, wanting to raise the bar for employers and the dream to be more philanthropic. They aim to achieve this through providing a top notch electrical service along the way. Joining the PERL team has been the latest step taken to see their dreams become a reality.
