Home Connectivity

Google Assistant* is now compatible with LG Split System Air Conditioners. This means, you can now delegate tasks or ask your LG Air Conditioner questions via the Google Assistant app or a compatible speaker.

The list of supported Google Assistant commands includes:

• OK Google, turn on the air conditioner
• OK Google, what’s the temperature of the air conditioner
• OK Google, set the temperature to 22 degrees

We offer comprehensive servicing & preventative maintenance to help extend the lifespan of your LG heat pump or air conditioner. Regular maintenance ensures optimal efficiency, minimises unexpected breakdowns, detects potential issues early, & helps maintain your warranty.

The ideal servicing schedule depends on factors such as usage frequency, system demand, & environmental conditions. Our experts can assess your setup & recommend the best maintenance plan to keep your system running smoothly.

– SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION:

All prices are inclusive of GST and Installation. 

Installation means:

The standard “back to back” installation which includes:

• Install of the indoor and outdoor units on opposite sides of an external wall
• Maximum pipe length 3m
• Maximum trunking 3m
• Penetrations through a timber wall
• Maximum 3m wiring & conduit 
• Installation of the outdoor unit on a suitably flat, level and clear area.  (Additional costs for concrete slab or brackets will be incurred)

***Units above 6kW will often require a dedicated switchboard circuit to prevent overloading a localised existing circuit (switch/socket) which will require suitable roof cavity access, additional trucking/cable, and an additional MCB (Mini Circuit Breaker).  Additional costs will be incurred and will be quoted at the time of the site visit.

No limits for purchases for a single home installation. Stock availability is dependent on availability.  Full payment is required within 7 days of installation.

Pricing commences on April 1st 2025 and ends on 31st  March 2026 but may be extended at the discretion of PERL Group NZ Ltd.
