1. Scope of Works

Supply & installation includes:

  • Delivery & installation of the specified hot water heat pump system
  • Standard plumbing & electrical connections to existing services
  • Commissioning, testing & customer handover

Excludes unless stated:

  • Switchboard upgrades
  • Electrical capacity upgrades or new circuits
  • Pipework beyond standard connection distance
  • Structural works, drainage alterations, or concrete pads
2. Site Access & Readiness
  • Clear, safe access must be provided on installation day
  • System location must comply with ventilation & clearance requirements
  • Any delays due to site access restrictions may incur additional charges
3. Electrical Requirements
  • Installation assumes existing electrical supply is compliant & adequate
  • If upgrades are required (e.g. RCD protection, circuit capacity), these will be quoted separately
  • Final connection must comply with New Zealand electrical standards
4. Plumbing & Drainage Conditions
  • Existing pipework must be in serviceable condition
  • Any hidden faults (leaks, corrosion, pressure issues) discovered during installation will be treated as a variation
  • Condensate drainage must be suitable & compliant
5. Noise & Placement
  • Outdoor units generate operational noise
  • Customer is responsible for approving placement relative to:
    • Bedrooms
    • Boundaries
    • Local council noise regulations
6. Consents & Compliance
  • Any required building/plumbing consents are:
    • Included only if explicitly stated, or
    • The responsibility of the customer
  • Installation will comply with:
    • NZ Building Code
    • Plumbing & drainage regulations
7. Pricing & Variations
  • Quoted price is based on visible site conditions
  • Variations may apply if:
    • Additional labour/materials are required
    • Site conditions differ from initial assessment
    • Access or compliance issues arise

  • Discussed with the customer
  • Approved before proceeding

No limits for purchases for a single home installation. Stock availability is dependent on availability.  Full payment is required within 7 days of installation.

Pricing commences on 1st April 2026 and ends on 31st December 2026 but may be extended at the discretion of PERL Group NZ Ltd.
